Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the official ticket refund policy for HBL Pakistan Super League 11, outlining a streamlined process for fans who purchased tickets online.
Automatic Refunds for Online Purchases
According to the board, all ticket holders who booked tickets online will receive refunds automatically through their original payment method. This includes transactions made via debit cards, credit cards, and digital wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.
No action will be required from customers to initiate the refund process.
Refund Timeline and Process
The refund process is scheduled to begin on March 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 15 working days. However, the PCB noted that timelines may vary slightly depending on individual banks and payment service providers.
Guidance for Delays and Queries
In case of delays beyond the specified timeframe, ticket holders have been advised to contact their respective banks or payment platforms for assistance.
The PCB also provided an official support channel for refund-related queries, ensuring customer facilitation throughout the process.
