Islamabad: Dr. Anosh Ahmed, a Pakistani-American physician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, has lauded the swift and professional response of the Pakistan Armed Forces amid recent Indian aggression. In a statement, he praised the military’s operational excellence and unwavering resolve in defending the nation’s sovereignty.

Dr. Ahmed stated, “I salute the courage, discipline, and effectiveness of our armed forces. Their swift action reaffirms that Pakistan stands united and capable in defending its territorial integrity.”

War Is Not the Answer, Says Dr. Anosh Ahmed

While appreciating the tactical success, Dr. Ahmed also called for restraint and reflection. “As a concerned Pakistani and regional thinker, I firmly believe that war is never a solution. Nuclear-armed neighbors like India and Pakistan cannot afford a cycle of hostility,” he warned.

He expressed deep concern over the escalating tensions, noting that the conflict has already cost innocent civilian lives. “Such outcomes are tragic and unacceptable,” he emphasized.

Urges International Community to Recognize Kashmir Conflict

Dr. Anosh Ahmed called on the international community to address the root causes of Indo-Pak tensions—particularly longstanding injustices in Kashmir. He stressed that any sustainable solution must uphold the will and dignity of the Kashmiri people and address Pakistan’s legitimate concerns.

He commended Pakistan’s consistent restraint in the face of provocations and reaffirmed his support for the country’s right to self-defense. “The resilience of the Pakistani people is remarkable, especially in times of continued aggression,” he said.

Promotes Peace Through Technology, Trade, and Education

Drawing from his experience in technology and innovation, Dr. Ahmed highlighted the immense potential for India-Pakistan cooperation. “Peace can unlock progress in digital transformation, climate resilience, renewable energy, and cross-border trade,” he noted.

He envisioned a future where startups thrive, cross-border investments grow, and youth from both nations are empowered through education and innovation. “If we can secure peace, the tech industry alone could create millions of jobs in South Asia,” he added.

Calls for Meaningful Dialogue Between India and Pakistan

Dr. Ahmed urged Indian leadership to reconsider its aggressive posture. “Every hostile move takes us ten steps back. Regional peace is not just desirable—it is essential,” he asserted.

He appealed to both governments to engage in meaningful, sustained dialogue and avoid further escalation. “Let’s not pass on a legacy of hatred to the next generation. Instead, let’s build a South Asia of collaboration, not confrontation.”

Concludes With a Vision of Hope and Unity

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Anosh Ahmed expressed hope for a peaceful and prosperous future. “Peace is the platform on which true progress stands. Without it, every dream of prosperity collapses. Let every child in Pakistan live free of fear and full of opportunity,” he said.
