Karachi: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari met with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Sunday to discuss the province’s political and administrative affairs.
During the meeting, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari issued special directives regarding the celebration of Independence Day this year. He said that August 14 should be observed as a celebration of Pakistan’s victory in the ongoing narrative and ideological war against India.
Bilawal emphasized that the biggest joy of this Independence Day is Pakistan’s historic success in countering India’s propaganda, both diplomatically and ideologically. He added that the people of Pakistan, particularly those in Sindh, should mark the day with renewed national pride.
Chairman Bilawal directed the Sindh government to take special measures for the upcoming Independence Day celebrations, ensuring they reflect the spirit of national unity and resilience.
