Karachi: The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi made a powerful impression at the “Ubumuntu Arts Festival 2025” held in Rwanda, where musicians and directors from the Arts Council Music Academy represented Pakistan with moving performances that resonated with global audiences.
‘The Loudest Whisper’ Receives Widespread Acclaim
Renowned Pakistani artists, including Arman Rahim, Ahsan Bari, Jahanzeb Shah (Gizri), Mustafa Baloch, and Umesh Ladhani, presented a dramatic musical performance titled “The Loudest Whisper.” The act shed light on the global silence surrounding the massacre of innocent people in conflict-hit regions such as Pakistan, Kashmir, and Rwanda.
