Officials from ABHI Microfinance Bank and Islamabad Feeds sign the Advance Salary partnership agreement.
Advance Salary services are set to become available for employees of Islamabad Feeds after ABHI Microfinance Bank signed a partnership agreement to expand digital financial solutions and promote financial inclusion in Pakistan.
The agreement was signed by Umer Rauf, Head of Digital Financial Services at ABHI Microfinance Bank, and Ali Aslam, Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Feeds. The collaboration reflects the bank’s strategy to deliver responsible, technology-driven financial products that improve employees’ financial security and workplace well-being.
Under the partnership, Islamabad Feeds employees will gain digital access to a portion of their earned salary before their scheduled payday. The Advance Salary facility will help employees manage unexpected expenses, improve cash flow, and meet financial obligations without relying on expensive loans or informal borrowing.
The initiative aims to strengthen employees’ financial resilience by providing timely access to earned wages. It also encourages responsible financial management while reducing financial stress and supporting overall workplace satisfaction.
Representatives from both organisations said digital financial services play an important role in building a financially secure workforce. They noted that greater financial flexibility enables employees to handle short-term financial needs more effectively while contributing to higher productivity and stronger organisational performance.
ABHI Microfinance Bank and Islamabad Feeds said the partnership reflects their shared commitment to expanding financial inclusion through innovative workplace solutions. They added that the collaboration will help employees improve cash flow management, strengthen financial well-being, and support the future of workplace financial wellness in Pakistan.
