Karachi: ABHI, a leading embedded finance platform, has partnered with Younus Textile Mills (YTM), one of Pakistan’s largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers, to offer Earned Wage Access (EWA) to its workforce. The initiative aims to improve employee financial wellness across the textile sector.
Through this collaboration, employees of Younus Textile Mills can now access a portion of their earned salaries before payday, using the ABHI app or via SMS. The process takes less than 30 seconds, allowing workers to meet urgent financial needs without relying on loans or waiting until month-end.
Rayaan Sayeed, Head of Sales at ABHI, stated, “Our partnership with Younus Textile Mills reflects ABHI’s ongoing mission to bring financial freedom to workers. EWA not only reduces financial stress but also boosts employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.”
Muhammad Hassan Tabba, CEO of Younus Textile Mills, said, “We believe that empowering our workforce drives long-term growth. This partnership with ABHI reinforces our commitment to creating a supportive and progressive work environment.”
This collaboration marks another step in ABHI’s journey to integrate financial wellness into corporate culture. It also showcases YTM’s forward-thinking approach in adopting innovative payroll solutions to support employees amid rising economic challenges.
