The University Advancement Office (UAO) recently welcome a delegation from Karachi comprising members of the business community and philanthropists at NUST.
During their visit, the delegation met with Pro Rector RIC, Dr. Rizwan Riaz, who briefed them on the advancements initiatives at NUST and were later given a comprehensive tour of the innovation ecosystem at the institution, including visits to various startups at the National Science & Technology Park (NSTP).
The delegation also visited the School of Interdisciplinary Engineering & Sciences (SINES) to explore potential avenues for collaboration. Ms. Arooba Gillani (Director Advancement), Mr. Emmad Ahsan (Director NSTP), and Dr. Syed Irtiza Ali Shah (Principal SINES) were also present at the occasion.
Members of the delegation are already steadfast supporters of the NUST Endowment for Educational Development (NEED) Initiative. This initiative aims to provide financial support for deserving scholars enrolled at NUST, enabling them to pursue their educational aspirations without the burden of financial constraints.
