Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb visited the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) headquarters in Karachi on Thursday.
He met NBP President Imran Sarwar during the visit. NBP Chairman Naved A. Khan also attended the meeting.
Aurangzeb congratulated Imran Sarwar on his appointment. He also conveyed his best wishes for his new role.

Sarwar also discussed efforts to improve customer services and facilities.
The meeting covered the banking sector’s role in supporting Pakistan’s financial and economic priorities.
Both sides exchanged views on ways the banking industry can contribute to national economic objectives.
