Sara Loren’s faces backlashes for surgeries and beauty standards

Sara Loren, also known as Mona Lisa, is a popular Pakistani TV and film actor who began her career with Rabia Zinda Rahegi in 2003. Over the years, she appeared in several notable dramas including Mahnoor, Mehar-un-Nisa, Makan, Mehar Bano Aur Shah Bano, and Dupatta. She made her Bollywood debut with Kajraare, directed by Pooja Bhatt, alongside Himesh Reshammiya, and later starred in Murder 3. Recently, she made a strong comeback with the film Bhullah opposite Shaan Shahid, where her performance is receiving widespread praise.

Recently, Sara Loren appeared on Nadia Khan’s morning show, where she shared her beauty and fitness secrets. Talking about it, Sara Loren said, “One should have a pure heart; everyone should be beautiful and active. The secret to my beauty is that I don’t eat too much masala. I prefer Arabic and Turkish food, and bland food like sushi is my favorite. I drink hot water with lemon after waking up, and I stretch my body every day—it’s very important. I also think yoga is the best thing.”

However, Nadia Khan’s question about Sara Loren’s “natural beauty” sparked criticism, and social media users are also trolling the actor, criticizing her for undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures while presenting her appearance as natural. One wrote, “Nadia, your question was wrong; I didn’t expect this from you. Is she even beautiful?” Another commented, “Come on, Nadia, at this point you are much prettier than her.” One said, “The wrong question has been asked; you should instead ask where she got this Botox and bread-like fillers on her lips,” while another stated, “When you feel bad about aesthetics, then don’t do it yourself either.” Another added, “Nadia, I was not expecting this from you — false praise.” Read the comments:
