Karachi: Karachi Marriott Hotel has launched its new signature restaurant, Rozana Bistro, marking a new era of culinary excellence in the city. The restaurant, formerly known as Nadia, was officially unveiled yesterday in a grand ceremony.

Rozana Bistro offers a diverse menu that combines Pakistani spices with European and Oriental cuisine, alongside sizzling live BarBQ. Each dish is designed to deliver a memorable fusion dining experience for guests.

More than just fine dining, Rozana Bistro provides a luxurious setting with live entertainment and a contemporary atmosphere, making it a unique addition to Karachi’s food scene.

“With Rozana Bistro, our vision was to create a space where tradition and innovation come together, offering our guests a one-of-a-kind culinary journey,” said Raza Abbas, General Manager, Karachi Marriott Hotel.

On the occasion, Marriott Hotels COO Alex Jorgensen was also present to witness the launch.
