Foundation stone laid for Satsang hall at Mata Mandir Matli

Matli / Sindh: Dr. Sham Sunder K. Advani, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh on Minority Affairs, laid the foundation stone of a Satsang Hall at Mata Mandir in Matli.


The ceremony was held at the temple located on Phulkara Road, Matli, where Dr. Advani inaugurated the project by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. The construction is being undertaken under the Minority Affairs Department, Government of Sindh.


The event was attended by Member of the Sindh Assembly Tanzeela Qambrani, former Inspector General of Police Sindh and Federal Secretary A.D. Khawaja, Adnan Ahmed Qaimkhani, Abdul Rehman Halepoto, Rahul Kumar Khemanani, Dr. Dalo Mal Khemanani, Leela Ram Manglani, Bhagwan Mangwani, Narain Das Sufi Asar Das, Feromal Khemanani, General Secretary of Peoples Hari Committee Hyderabad, Advocate Deedar Hussain Solangi, along with members of the Hindu Panchayat and a large number of local residents. Officials of the Minority Affairs Department were also present on the occasion.


Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Advani said the project reflects the Sindh government’s firm commitment to ensuring the welfare, development, and provision of facilities for minority communities. He directed the concerned authorities to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe and emphasized that no compromise on quality would be tolerated.


He further stated that the initiative is part of the vision of the Pakistan Peoples Party leadership and Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, under which the development, prosperity, and welfare of minority communities remain a top priority.


Dr. Advani reaffirmed the government’s commitment to safeguarding minority rights and ensuring the maintenance and facilitation of places of worship without any negligence or compromise.
