Bisma Qamar has been nominated as the focal person to the Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) for Global Youth Affairs and United Nations engagement.

As an overseas Pakistani, Bisma Qamar has been actively involved in promoting learning and development initiatives aimed at connecting talented youth with international opportunities. She has also contributed to global advocacy efforts and engagement across various United Nations platforms.

In her new role, she will work on advancing youth-centered initiatives, capacity-building programs, and international engagement opportunities for young people in Pakistan. Her responsibilities will also include supporting strategic coordination with the United Nations and other international youth forums to enhance Pakistan’s representation at the global level.
