Akshay Kumar Bollywood Star Sells Mumbai Properties Worth Rs195 Million

The actor sold four luxury apartments in Mumbai within a month, earning an estimated profit from properties purchased in 2017.

Akshay Kumar has sold four luxury residential properties in Mumbai for a combined value of nearly Rs195 million, according to Indian media reports and property registration records.

The Bollywood actor sold two apartments on 30 June 2026 at the Oberoi Enigma residential complex in Mulund West for Rs123.8 million.

Each apartment measures 1,886 square feet and comes with three parking spaces.

Akshay Kumar bought the two properties in 2017 for a combined Rs90 million. Their sale generated an estimated profit of Rs33 million.

Two more apartments sold

Earlier in June, the actor also sold two apartments at Oberoi Sky City in Borivali East.

Those properties fetched a combined Rs71 million, according to Indian media reports.

High-value property deals

The latest transactions mean Akshay Kumar sold four residential properties in Mumbai during June 2026.

Together, the deals were valued at approximately Rs195 million, highlighting continued activity in Mumbai’s premium real estate market.
